Not sure what you want or how  the process works? No problem! Just meet with Lisa, and she'll be happy to walk you through the home-building or renovating steps and suggest what to do next. She'll listen to your ideas and, when you are ready to proceed, she'll help you create a design that knocks your socks off!

Being a design-build team means that we do it all: we will draft all your drawings, bid all phases of construction, help you with financing and insurance, assist you in making all of your selections from our design center, and complete the renovation or construction of your home. And we'll do it all on time!

 Our on-staff interior decorator--Linda Cochenour--will help you with all of your selections such as cabinet styles, faucets, paint colors and flooring. She'll be available for consultation throughout the project. Additionally, at any phase of your project, you may purchase items from our décor inventory or Linda can also assist you by shopping for décor items. This optional shopping service is available at a modest hourly rate.
