Meet The Team

Linda Cochenour is our on-staff interior decorator. She is utterly amazing! Her exceptional talents are highlighted in the details of every room. The finishing touches in a home don't just happen by themselves; Linda plans every detail, right down to the fabric on the glass slippers in the princess room. Building in the Parade of Homes has been a long-time dream of mine and I can't imagine doing it without her!
Jessica Armstrong is our on-staff residential plan designer. Although the initial plan was already drawn, Jessica was invaluable in helping bring this Parade Home to life. By utilizing her artistic talents, she was able to help give this home a character all its own. I counted on Jessica to provide me with the many drawings and color renditions that a project of this size demanded. From the laundry built-in to the Juliette balcony, Jessica was able to solidify and polish my ideas and then create the renditions needed by our tradesmen.
Mark Huddleston is our daily construction manager. He has spent countless hours on the job making sure everything happened exactly as it was supposed to. Despite the inevitable setbacks due to bad weather, material delays, and unexpected schedule conflicts, he made sure that the house was completed on time. I'm proud to have Mark on the job enforcing the quality that I stake my name on!
CJ Adams is my wonderful (older) brother! CJ runs the construction side of the business and he is in charge of quality control the construction schedule and all the materials ordering. Can you imagine trying to complete a million-dollar project while your sister keeps saying "I haven't decided on that yet"? Well now you know where his gray hair came from!
Dave Farris (left), and Bob Salyers round out our in-house construction team. From floor prep, to drywall repair, touch-up painting, hanging doors and running the Shop Vac for countless hours, these two completed many hours of back-breaking labor to bring you the house that you'll tour.
Connie Damron (left), and Tawn Simmons had one of the hardest jobs of all; they had to keep the business running and pick up the slack while Linda, Jess and I were on the road. I'd often pull Linda and Jess out of the office to help me with material & design selections and decisions. Connie and Tawn kept things running smoothly at the office; there were several days when everyone met at the job site and cleaned to get the house ready for various stages and tours; whether working on the computer, answering phones or even scrubbing showers before an open house, they do their jobs with exceptional pride.
Cheryl Hendricks is the owner of Draperies by George in Chillicothe, Ohio. Although Linda picked out the majority of the fabrics, it was wonderful working with a Cheryl; her added input on the colors and style of the fabric and selections makes this million-dollar home ready for a magazine cover!

Dawn, our faux painter, is from Chillicothe, Ohio. Dawn completed the faux painting in the dining room and kitchen. We know the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the house. With the golden-yellow color scheme, we needed to make sure the color wash in the kitchen had just the right blend of creamy colors. As you will see, Dawn created the perfect mix.

Pam Kellough, our artist/muralist, is also from Chillicothe, Ohio. Pam painted the wall murals in the princess room and the pirate room. She also lettered the teen suite, and painted the Texas Hold Em' poker canvas in the game room. Her attic tree house will have the kids begging you to build one in your home!

To Cheryl, Dawn & Pam: you have all been a pleasure to work with. Thanks for all the added advice and extra help. I'm glad that you have been a part of my first experience in building in the Parade of Homes.
