| The 2007 Parade of Homes will be held in the Pinnacle community in Grove City. The houses
are in the Estate section and are located on the 6th hole of the Pinnacle Golf Course |

| From I-71: Take the Stringtown exit (exit #100). Go east on Stringtown
and turn right on Buckeye Parkway. Proceed on Buckeye Parkway until the
round-about/traffic circle and enter the round-about turning onto
Pinnacle Drive. Continue on Pinnacle Drive and turn right into the
Parade Parking. |

The Parade of Homes is sponsored by the Central Ohio Home Builder's
Association. You can read more about the history of the Parade on their website.
This year, there are 11 builders.
The Parade of Homes showcases innovative new floor plans, home design, home construction,
architecture, cabinetry, flooring, lights, electronics, appliances, interior decorating, and landscaping.
Tickets are $10

Awards |
The night before the Parade opens to the public, the BIA holds a
preview night for all the local builders and suppliers. All of the homes are judged
by professionals from other Ohio BIA offices. There are awards for the best design,
great room, foyer, kitchen, master bedroom, landscaping, and interior decorating.

Last year, Andrea Cambern from 10TV presented the awards. The awards are then
placed in the front yards of the houses when the public touring begins the next day.
During the 2 ½-week show, visitors may also vote for the people's choice award.
At the end of the show, that award is announced.
